I love Tarzan. And I also love this scene. Just the way he looks at her. He looks at her like she is the most beautiful thing he has ever seen. As he looks at her there is nothing in his eyes but love. But not just any kind of love but raw, unprotected love. That’s what’s so great about Tarzan. He has never had feelings like this and has never met any other humans until now. And here is this girl that he loves undeniably from the beginning. But Tarzan didn’t grow up feeling self conscious about anything. He doesn’t feel the need to hide anything. He doesn’t know how to lie because he has never had to. His eyes always hold the truth and with Jane, the truth is that he loves her. And it’s not just this scene. If you have the chance, watch the entire movie and (whenever he is with Jane) watch Tarzan’s face. His eyes never leave her. Even when she is in awe at the sight of the birds around them, Tarzan isn’t looking at the birds but at Jane. He looks at her like he’s happy she liked the birds but also like the birds hold not beauty when compared to her. He isn’t afraid to touch her and come close to her and stare at her with his raw emotion. That’s why I love watching the romance between them. Because, although Jane is more shy and reserved about her feelings, Tarzan openly shows that he loves her more than anything. Their love is raw and powerful and so beautiful.

Sorry about that very long rant but I had to get it out there. Thank you for reading all that and, as always…

Have and happily ever after :) b a d c
